The process is very simple

  1. You report the damage/loss of your progressive glasses and the necessary data (see your Rodenstock guarantee and service card) using the online form.
  2. Within a very short time (depending on the duration of transport) you will receive two pairs of glasses: a pair of distance and reading glasses with your exact lens values so that you can continue your journey with "clear vision".
  3. You return this emergency set at your opticians shop when you pick up your new or repaired glasses. The optician simply sends the emergency set back to Rodenstock.
